4. The Timeline to Lock In Your 2027 Funding
Applications for the 2027 academic cycle open officially on 1 June 2026. Securing your funding means syncing your calendar with strict institutional deadlines.

Do not let your application get put on hold due to missing files. Create a secure digital folder containing certified copies of your South African ID, your latest Grade 11 or Grade 12 results, and certified proof of your parents' or guardians' household income.
